Optional location-based awareness and safety-zone notifications, where legally and technically permitted.
Optional notifications when a family member remains in a selected area longer than expected.
Proposed check-ins, emergency contacts, SOS tools, safe-route planning, and “I Am Safe” notifications.
Resources covering grooming prevention, online safety, healthy relationships, trafficking, and personal boundaries.
Searchable Ohio resources for counseling, crisis support, recovery, housing, food assistance, and victim services.
Professional legal review, clear consent, secure technology, responsible data use, and appropriate disclaimers.
These are preliminary estimates and may be adjusted as professional proposals are received. All Phase One funding will remain dedicated to research, legal guidance, design, prototyping, and technical planning.
