Help increase awareness of our mission by creating engaging content, sharing posts, promoting events, responding to comments, and helping grow our online community across multiple social media platforms.
Create visually appealing materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, event signage, and promotional materials that help educate the community and support fundraising efforts.
Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, workshops, volunteer activities, and community outreach. Content may be used on our website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support fundraising efforts by helping organize campaigns, sponsorships, silent auctions, raffles, donation drives, and special events. Volunteers also assist with donor appreciation and community engagement.
Research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies that align with our mission. Volunteers help organize funding opportunities and assist with gathering information for grant applications.
Assist instructors and presenters during educational workshops and community programs. Responsibilities include preparing materials, welcoming participants, setting up rooms, managing attendance, and providing general event support.
Help reduce transportation barriers by coordinating rides, providing transportation when approved, or connecting individuals with community transportation resources so they can attend appointments, meetings, and support services.
Help recruit, welcome, and retain volunteers by attending community events, sharing volunteer opportunities, assisting with orientation, and helping new volunteers feel connected to the foundation's mission.
Develop relationships with schools, nonprofits, businesses, churches, treatment providers, and community organizations to build partnerships, increase collaboration, and expand community impact.
Provide compassionate, trauma-informed support by listening, encouraging, and connecting individuals with appropriate resources and referrals. Volunteers work under foundation guidelines and receive appropriate training.
