Courtney Inglis serves as Secretary for the Jane Doe Foundation and is a passionate advocate for recovery, resilience, and hope. Her commitment to helping others comes from her own lived experience. After overcoming homelessness, addiction, and some of life's darkest moments, Courtney understands firsthand the power of support, community, and second chances.

In addition to her advocacy work, Courtney brings over six years of experience in the behavioral health field, where she has worked alongside individuals and families navigating addiction, mental health challenges, and recovery. Her professional experience, combined with her personal journey, gives her a unique perspective and deep compassion for those seeking healing and support.

Today, she is a devoted wife, mother of three, autism advocate, and community volunteer who uses her story to inspire others to keep moving forward, even when the path feels impossible. Her son Noah, who is autistic, has been one of her greatest teachers and inspirations, fueling her passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities and ensuring every family feels seen, heard, and supported.

Courtney believes that our struggles do not define us, they can become the foundation for our purpose. Whether she is supporting recovery initiatives, advocating for autism awareness, volunteering in her community, or sharing her personal journey, her mission remains the same: to help others find hope, healing, and the courage to believe in themselves again.

Her greatest joy is showing others that no matter where their story begins, a brighter future is possible.

Otis Ramsey serves on the board as our Community Outreach Director and according to him he "isn’t built for average".

Somewhere between Midwest grit, recovery-room reality, and pure chaos, he moves with purpose, pulling people out of dark places while pushing ideas to their highest level. Real when it matters, intense when it counts, and never halfway about anything. His loyalty is unmatched. His honesty and integrity are heavy, you’re always getting the real version, whether it’s easy or not. And yeah… there’s humor in it too. The kind that can make you laugh your problems away for a minute, reset your mindset, and remind you you’re stronger than you think. He runs on a one-man “I got you” system, whether it’s people or ideas, nothing leaves his hands unfinished. If it doesn’t hit, he rebuilds it. Subtle isn’t the goal. Impact is.
